澳洲參訪心得三：小教授的大瓶頸

OT已有不少正教授，國內外皆然，但能更上層樓，成為大教授/國際知名學者，就極其有限了。
主要瓶頸有3：
1.研究主題之 impact/achievement 有限
2.研究團隊太小（至少需包含 PIs, post-docs, doctoral students, master students, RAs，各有數位，加總後，至少15位）
3.投入（累積）時間（能量）不足

此3瓶頸中，以「研究團隊」之規模，最不易突破，也是最關鍵的瓶頸。主因在於研究人才（有志於投入研究的OT）不足，且短期內不易改變（詳參訪心得一）。

以上若未能突破，我們將只能看到一堆小教授 [升等教授容易，成為大教授就很難了]。。。
