培養人才，也是團隊茁壯的關鍵之一

臨床專家、將/剛畢業的大學生/碩士生、已念完碩士的，皆是招生對象!!

就讀博班是關鍵的行動/指標，也是投入研究/長期合作/相互支援 的關鍵之一

這也是 臺大 OT學系的重要結構與資源：吸收人才、培養人才！！

所以我一直努力於招生，以讓團對更為茁壯！

如果我有能耐可以培養更多的研究人才，何樂而不為!!

發表論文是臨床工作者的出路 !?

醫學中心是如此
大醫院也是如此

如果想要發展專長、凸顯專長、精進專長也是如此
如果想要升遷也是如此

目前的臨床人員難以凸顯專長，也難以持續進步，卻很容易遭遇瓶頸/停滯不前。

臨床人員想更強，必須透過【論文發表】，才能取得醫學界的信賴，OT的未來才會更有願景

雖然【發表論文】不是【臨床人員】唯一的出路，但絕對是王道!!

免費使用 MMSE，已是過去式

每份收費約 1.23 美金
就跟 FIM 也收費一般

"Two groups of researchers who developed new tests that reportedly improved on the MMSE -- the Sweet-16, and the ACE-R -- have been asked to remove those tests from their websites by the company that manages copyright for the MMSE..."

後續研究可考慮使用 MoCA，也有台灣中文版免費使用

RCT 療效新指標: 超過 MDC/MID 的人數與比例

RCT 研究 reporting 【超過 MDC/MID 的人數與比例】或將成為趨勢

Richard P Di Fabio (2012). Essentials of Rehabilitation Research: A Statistical Guide to Clinical Practice. 書籍中也提到 Reliable Change Proportions, 這跟 proportions

of patients exceeding the MDC value 之概念一致

林老師他們在2009的論文即曾於驗證 MDC 論文中計算 Proportions

迄今，評估工具心理計量特性之 meta-analysis 論文不多
原因之一是特定工具心理計量驗證論文不多
但我們應該可以找到幾個常用的評估工具，以進行 meta-analysis

以提升評估工具心理計量特性的【證據層級】

論文 proofs 之校對

在稿件被接受刊登之後，出版社對論文原稿進行排版，以製作論文的校樣。此步驟的成果被稱作「校對樣本（已排版但未校對之版本）」（galley proof，或稱 proofs, galleys）。

出版社會通知通信作者校對 proofs，通常時間很短(1~2天)

主要可分成【內容】【作者姓名與機構】【致謝】三部分

主筆作者宜仔細校對內容/圖表，確認無誤

作者姓名與機構最好請該作者自行校對

致謝內容宜跟主要作者確認

這頗花時間，但若不小心，白紙黑字印出後，就很麻煩。。。。
