  1. 非常感謝您提供這對我十分實用且具啟發性的訊息!Dr. Gill另有一篇著作Assessment of function and disability in longitudinal studies.J Am Geriatr Soc.201 Oct;58 Suppl 2:S308-12.大力肯定使用IRT和CAT在老人functional status(a sixth vital sign)& disability的長期追蹤研究喔!

  2. OT好像比較容易在別人的研究當中,看到自己專業的影子,
    藉以肯定OT的價值。
    這反映出三件事:
    1.OT在意的事別的專業也在意→如果不夠積極,沒人會認為這是OT的專長。
    2.OT做的研究不夠多,因此從別的領域中找到有興趣的文獻的機率大於看到自己專業的研究。
    3.OT的人對OT精神的情感已深入生活,因此俯拾皆是與OT相關的題材。

    所以,OT目前還是「潛力股」......
