The proposed NHRI project: Effect of a patient-centered occupational therapy on independence of daily living in stroke patients

Overall aims: This project has two primary purposes. The first purpose is to develop a computerized adaptive knowledge and education system for testing and improving patient’s and caregiver’s knowledge on both stroke and occupational therapy (OT). The second purpose is to develop a patient-centered OT approach on the basis of the computerized adaptive knowledge and education system and examine its effect on ADL function in stroke patients.
