有家醫院新成立復健部3個OT,5個PT,復健部主任想找我設計病人的評估系統,並協助推動執行之。
It's a great opportunity! But am I ready for such a real-world challenge? How should I take such an opportunity?
How could I develop a win-win strategy?
First, I have to know their needs. What would the chair, PT, and OT need/expect in such a project? How could their needs be satisfied?
Second, how much time they can devote? What kind of role they would like to play? Common goals should be reached.
Third, how much time/resource could I devote in such a project? How many research ideas (papers) could I have in mind and manage?

1. 之前有家「中心」找過小兒老師跟我,一起設計全面性的評估系統,後來不了了之。
2. 之前擔任職能治療科主任時,我並未「把握機會」推行可能的評估系統。主要因為當時的任期短(不到2年),不易推動,也不想讓同仁覺得在幫我做研究。另外,那時我掌握的評估工具之全面性不足,難與臨床決策整合(也就是實用性不足)。
3. 之後台大復健部王主任找我規劃「中風病人的登錄與追蹤系統」,由助理推動之,雖可行,但因臨床人員參與不多,評估所得資訊 難與 臨床治療整合。
* 這些 notes 有點像是回憶錄。凡走過的必留下痕跡,如果記載良好,就變成文化資產。

回覆刪除不知您用英文的三個問題的最低標準是什麼呢?
例如:需要多少時間、多少年之類的。
我想快則一個月(慢則二個月)即知「可不可行」。
回覆刪除若要做得好(或看到我要的成果[收集到大量且有意義的數據]),至少需要1-2年。
