博班生/博後 於研究團隊的 角色與影響

若可從碩班開始準備，全力投入且態度正向/積極，擔任博後時，應可做到以下境界：

恭宏早已達成：
1. 精熟本團隊之核心知識/技術：如 Rasch analysis, structural equation modeling, CAT, and AI，他皆專精，擔任支柱已久！！
2. 撰寫、執行研究計畫，包含AI計畫，幾乎都靠他了!!
3. CAT 本來皆委託合作專家協助分析，後來他可獨力完成。之後AI技術亦然。擔任箭頭/先鋒角色已多年!!
4. 謙卑/持續努力多年，學養俱佳，足為後輩典範!!

有這樣的博班生/博後，我當然輕鬆多了，可投入更多心力於「規畫願景」與「壯大團隊」
