Chapter 4 - Involvement and shared decision making in practice.
Chapter 8 - Goal setting in occupational therapy: a client-centered perspective.

Chapter 4 為主，其餘二章亦有關聯。

這是2008(將近10年前)出版，但迄今(June 1, 2017)查無新版。

另，2008迄今 OT的SDM研究論文數量很有限。
