年底科技部計畫 可能構想

1. 多向度二階認知功能電腦適性篩檢測驗之發展
    以常用認知功能篩檢測驗之向度 (項目) 為基本架構，再加入新題目，以拓展為多向度題庫/篩檢測驗
     主要價值: a. 同時完成二階認知功能(多面向)之篩檢，以提升效能，b. 以CAT施測，效率高，c. 避免練習效應，以利多次使用

    可再整合成高階【整體】認知功能篩檢測驗

    考慮跟神經部 邱銘章 教授合作

    考慮設計成【自填】為主，以利提升效能。但若部分老人不孰悉電腦操作，再以訪員協助之。

    但或須改成中風專用即可【+ clinical trial for 明年NHRI】，因考慮範圍過大(domains 過多、適用對象過廣)恐不易執行與驗證。且近年有學者發展專為中風病人設計之認知篩檢評估工具。
