    此評估工具的形式創新(vedio)、題目內容廣泛(多是臨床上難以模擬的情境)，實是mobility評估上的一大突破。但目前此工具若應用至中風族群上，則其反應性及驗證的能力仍不及performance-based test，亦難以掌握病人mobility的實質表現，因此如欲發展出中風族群適用的mobility-CAT仍需要很多努力。
